Can you review elite guard training. You could just try Vert Shock, see how it works! And anything else you want to pitch in is greatly appreciated. As you can see, there are enough park benches of varying heights to do box jumps, depth jumps, etc. The best way to do that would proggram to focus on stretching and strengthening your calf and tibialis anterior front shin muscles. Which program will give me the best results, I wanna dunk before my season starts.

Please think about this carefully. I realize this is not always possible but you can always rearrange and move things along the way.

But when it comes to vertical jumping, I would rather go with someone who specialize specifically in that area. I just started weight lifting and I have knee problems. You can just do your regular upper body training. Vert shock says I will. I promise you that.
