His loyalty to his family and helping Helen discover her powers and how to use them was amazing. Despite the confusion and deep need for a family tree with so many names floating around, each new character added a new aspect to the story. Yet, the real shocker in this story is the betrayal that lies on an epic scale! I just finished Dreamless and if she doesn't pick Lucas I know you know how to read, sister, but isn't there a sale at Prada or something you'd rather be going to?

But there's a creative exuberance about the whole trilogy that I enjoy, and ultimately I think you just have to go along for the ride and try to follow along. Mainly my problem was Orion, I simply didn't like him at all and secondly no one will ever be better than Lucas in my eyes.

But we already discussed that. At times throughout the trilogy, I struggled to keep track of all the complicated backstory: I did forget a few characters. The second book was really good but I didn't enjoy it as much as the first one.
Now, these glimpses Helen holds to herself for no apparent reason. I know I'm not the goddess of wisdom, Athena, but I'm not stupid.

The Gods are unleashed, the war is coming closer, the Tyrant is amoung the friends and Helen discovers more and more skills she shouldn't have. I loved being back with The Delos clan though.
I don't know what to say except, I'm sorry. Or is she too weak and unknowledgeable goddses understand her powers and what her role in this life is?
Okay, so I didn't always like you, I think it was more resentment because of you trying to steal Helen from my Lucas and it made me mad. I'd say going into the Underworld is a pretty good superpower. Who would come up with such a thing? Lastly, I would just like to say, I didn't mean to offend anyone by this review, it's just my opinion, and please respect it, since I will respect yours. How does it work? Due to this, the feeling of unrequited love and the characters having been dealt a cruel hand by the fates, the novel feels very much like a form of Greek tragedy.

Though you could see the Helen-Lucas-Orion relationship as a love triangle, I don't. No, not Bella Swan! Things that I'd wanted to happen since the beginning did, and things I never expected had my jaw on the floor.
Obviously, I am not an Olympian. I loved her too, though not at first. Of course my heart broke for you many times. So yes, there can be realistic rules to what is and isn't possible to do.
